My dad was a US Marine during WWII; my brother was a US Army paratrooper during the Korean and Vietnam War; my husband was a track driver in the US Army during the Vietnam War. Thanks to all of them for their service to our country.
I'd like to thank them for their service as well. My husband and I are trying to raise our children to realize that everything comes with a cost and someone is paying it. We pray everyday for our armed forces. Great photo and thanks for stopping by.
And see I never even thought of a folded flag... sad to have those...but it says a lot about the men in our service to their country... This was a wonderful idea, Sandy! I couldn't find any triangles then I saw some right under my nose.... especiall the blogger upload one... LOL
Bless each of them !!! I am SO very Grateful and Proud of every single American that has served and sacrificed for us all. My Husband was in the Coast Guard for 15 years. Most people don't know that that is also part of our US Military. They think of the Big Four. Your Photo is wonderful !!! I hope that you have a great Easter !!!! :)
I have two grown sons. One is married to the best daughter-in-law you could have and the other is a diesel mechanic. I have recently left the workforce. I had been an educator. I have a major in English and a master's in counseling. I have so many interests ---which include: reading, computers, internet surfing, vintage items, and gardening.

Thank you for stopping by and checking out my triangles. I just took them from my files this week. I can't wait to hunt down some purple.

Blessings on your Easter weekend!
A very emotive triangle for you and for many.
That is always the right way to fold a flag. A salute for the Nation Heroes. Thanks for sharing and Happy Easter
Nice photo. I like the enhancements -- they add a bit of mysteriousness.
Seeing a flag in a triangle always make me take "was" very seriously.
What a family! Great take on the theme.
