Hope everyone's taxes are done, and you are not one of the last minute filers. We actually didn't have to pay more this year, but that is because of the stock market...which is a downer. Hopefully, the economy is going to take an upturn soon. Did you know if the IRS owes you money you don't have to file taxes until October??? In Virginia, you have to work 106 days to pay taxes; in NC you work 99 according to this site : http://www.taxfoundation.org/taxfreedomday/

WE are actually mailing ours today which makes me nervous! So glad I read your blog...makes me feel better since they OWE us money...gonna check that site out now! We usually do them on line BUT we couldn't figure them out this year so I had Mom's friend do them. Anyway...we made out well this year on ALL 3 of them so that made me happy so it was worth the wait! I just went to the NC post office to drop our NC one's off and then will drop the VA one's off this afternoon when I get off!
We sent ours off about a month ago... we owed more than last year...
